Seeking a highly motivated, warm & caring person to join our privately-owned concierge medical practice as a reliable, permanent, long-term team member. The ideal candidate will be bright, hard-working, yet cheerful and compassionate with a calming demeanor, positive attitude, and gracious social skills, who takes initiative within the practice, yet is willing to follow specific orders and direction, is organized and performs with accuracy and care.
Our very successful concierge practice caters to individuals of all ages with an emphasis on customer service as well as exemplary healthcare. We are about quality, not quantity and will see an average of four to six patients per day, with a maximum of eight. The individual will be a representative of our brand and thus must reflect our concierge philosophy with emphasis on service and attentiveness. In addition to typical receptionist duties such as answering the phone, taking detailed, accurate messages, scheduling appointments, speaking with patients and other physician offices, the individual will learn a user-friendly computer-based electronic health record. Daily duties include faxing, sorting incoming faxes, filing, and managing patient referrals to specialists.
Hours are Fulltime, Monday through Friday, a minimum of 6 hours per day (flex hours). Comfortable work atmosphere, flexibility with work hours and time off. Medical office is closed on weekends and will be closed for major holidays. Starting pay/salary negotiable. To be discussed relative to experience, qualification, and certification.
