Medical Practice Manager – Nashville Regenerative Orthopedics – Franklin, TN

This Practice Manager oversees overall business operations for an Orthopedic and Regenerative Medicine practice with two MD’s and one mid level practitioner. This manager must be prepared to fully endorse and work daily with the practice vision, patient experience, clinical flow, as well as financial growth and stability.

The person in this position must understand data analytics and be ready to use data to assess and make alterations in the business. This professional must be committed to routinely producing reports to track growth and profitability. This professional must be able to read and make recommendations based on these reports. Other financial responsibilities such as billing and banking are routine duties.

This Manager will routinely:

  • Oversee staff consisting of Front Desk receptionists, Medical Assitants and Lab technicians.
  • Hire and train for specific needs as they arise.
  • Conducting day-to-day business of the practice.
  • Monitor revenues and expenditures; assists in maintaining budgetary control and meet budgeted productivity targets; develops data collection systems and prepares regular statistical and progress reports.
  • Supervise staff schedules/performance, set the tone for accountability and professionalism in the office, and conduct regular performance reviews. This includes oversight of staff performance with patients, chart documentation, and ongoing management of relationships with existing vendors and accounting services.
  • This manager is responsible for a clean and orderly office experience, oversees selection of equipment used, and actively ensures that all equipment is functioning properly. This includes proactive attention to all matters that impact patient experience, including staffing schedules, and office flow during clinic hours..
  • This professional must be familiar with digital marketing strategies standard in the current market and coordinate with marketing professionals so that our presence remains competitive and easily available to potential patients. They must also be the main point of contact, coordinate with outside marketing agencies and budget accordingly.
  • As Manager for the practice, this professional must be comfortable discussing others’ concerns and resolving conflicts that arise. This professional should see patient contact as an opportunity to transform their experience.
  • MUST be a working manager that is willing and able to assist and/or perform in roles as needed by the practice.
  • The position is salaried with benefits and opportunity for bonuses, depending on productivity of the practice, and to be finalized at hiring. This position is based in one location. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,800.00 – $5,400.00 per month
