Homecare Float Specialist CNA/HHA – Monday-Friday – Brightstar Care – St. Paul – Saint Paul, MN

$300 Sign-On Bonus!!!! The Homecare Float Specialist CNA/HHA is responsible for providing care for home care clients as needed during their assigned availability Schedule. The assigned schedule would require flexibility through the week as the times you would need to be available would be from either 7am-7pm or 8am-8pm Monday through Friday to pick up shifts. Hours would be guaranteed as listed below. Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, and have proof of vaccination or be willing to provide a declination letter which is notarized.

Compensation

1) Base Pay for the Homecare Float Specialist Position: $20.00/hour

2) You may still earn Short-Shift Premium pay for 1 and 2 hour shifts: (up to $25.00/hour)

3) Weekly Hours guarantee:

a) You will work up to 39 hours per week. Any hours worked less than 40 hours, you will be paid the difference at the $20.00/hour rate. We will limit shifts offered to you that may put you into overtime (40+ Hours)

The Float specialist will be expected to go to all assigned shifts in any location within BrightStar territory including the BrightStar Office if needed. This is a crucial role for our business to maintain quality coverage for our clients. HHAs in this role are often identified as our top performers and not only provide high quality and dependable care for our clients, but also compassionate and friendly customer service to our clients, nursing and office staff. All employees in this role must be fully prepared to provide all types of care, including but not limited to: Companionship, Transportation, Personal Cares, Transfers, Hoyer Lifts, Nurse Delegated Tasks, and stand-by assists as needed.
