As a personal non-medical caregiver, you will engage in activities like art, games, reading, music, light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, building relationships and connections. We provide these services to enhance seniors living in their homes.
We recognize that caregivers also need personal care, and we offer paid training, paid time off, 24/7 support, positive work environment, $600 sign-on bonus program for full time, open availability, highly flexible and dependable caregivers-paid in increments at 30-60-90 days of employment. Overtime and holiday pay at time and a half, employee assistance program, simple IRA upon qualification, mileage reimbursement, education, and most importantly, understanding and compassion.
