Tax Processor – Administrative Assistant – Mildrid Esua, CPA, PLLC – Greensboro, NC

We have an opening for a Tax Processor/Administrative Assistant. The incumbent will be responsible for producing tax returns, including data entry, document tracking, and final document assembly and distribution. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will provide office support to a group of professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tax return assembly – both printing physical copies and electronic distribution
  • Client document organizer production and management
  • Client billing/invoicing
  • Scanning documents including large volume of client source documents
  • Spreadsheet and correspondence
  • Calendar coordination for internal meetings
  • Meeting preparation and scheduling
  • Shared receptionist lunch coverage

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as an administrative assistant. Support of a tax team at a CPA firm is a plus.
  • Significant experience in document management, organization and mass assembly is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills is a must
  • Demonstrated accuracy and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to produce error-free, distribution-ready documents in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines with a calm and positive attitude
  • Ability to initiate, plan, prioritize and conduct multiple projects successfully
  • Demonstrated high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Dependability in regard to attendance and punctuality
