We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our professional team at Town Hall Estates Arlington. The ideal candidate will be working closely with residents, families, vendors, visitors and possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. It is a demanding job but also very rewarding.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents, family members, vendors, and employees
- Answer telephone, transfer calls, take and deliver accurate messages
- Distribute resident and office mail
- Fax and photocopy documents as requested
- Assist with maintenance of files as needed
- Assist with accounts payable
- Maintain front desk and lobby areas, ensuring they are clean and free from clutter
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service setting
- Prior experience working in skilled nursing home or other healthcare environment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and the general public
- Compassion and desire to work with the elderly

Pay: $10.00 – $14.00 per hour
