ABOUT US:
LA Fitness located in Ballard is one of our largest signature locations in Washington State. We have over 70 pieces of cardio, a huge selection of resistance machines, a large free weight area, power platform, basketball, racquetball, 2 huge aerobics rooms downstairs, a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, showers, smoothie bar, and 5 levels of free parking in the garage. Our mission statement is to take every single member from where they are now in terms of fitness and functional mobility to where they want to be in the safest, fastest most enjoyable way possible!
EXPECTATIONS:
- Meet and welcome all new members getting started and invite them to take advantage of their member perks(workout advice, nutritional education, overview of equipment, postural and movement screening etc.)
- Help current members of the club with their workouts, measurements, cardio etc. and invite them to do a full fitness evaluation and personal training session to help break out of plateaus and experience the benefits of personal training.
- Call and confirm all appointments, keep a detailed portfolio of each prospect and client, organize schedule forecast etc.
- Perform 2-3 fitness evaluations each day for new and current members, establishing their goals, putting together a game plan, working out, and if they want more help, going over the personal training programs that we offer and the pricing.
- Overcoming buyers concerns with professionalism and integrity, maintaining a 25% closing percentage.
- Build professional relationships with all the training staff to help align clients with the best fit trainer and maintain a high quality of service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong personal/professional background in fitness and/or
- Nationally accredited personal training certification and/or
- 4 year degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a similar major

Pay: $40,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
