What You’ll Do

The RN, CV Specialist is responsible for all of the functions and competencies for two of the following roles: Cath Nurse Monitor, Recorder, or Scrub (diagnostic and interventional); EP Nurse Monitor, Recorder, Scrub, or EP Technical; Structural Heart Nurse Monitor, Recorder, or Scrub.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Exercise primary responsibility for a caseload assigned by the manager or charge nurse
  • Implement physician orders accurately
  • Provide accurate and complete documentation
  • Communicate effectively with peers, physicians, community agencies, and other members of the healthcare team
  • Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team
  • Demonstrate safe and effective use of equipment
  • Develop a comprehensive plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes
  • Implement interventions identified in the plan of care
  • Evaluate patient’s progress toward attainment of outcomes
  • Assist with the plan of care, evaluate, modify and coordinate care, and communicate well with other disciplines
  • Delegate task to unlicensed personnel in compliance with the Board of Nursing Perform any and all other duties as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality with all information


What You’ll Bring

  • ADN required, BSN preferred
  • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as an RN in a hospital setting preferred
  • Current valid OK State Professional Registered Nurse License
  • Current BLS certification
  • Position requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriately
  • Good interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills
  • Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptions
  • Ability to perform work when no directions are given, and give directions to others
  • Remain flexible, organized, professional and able to analyze, make sound decisions under stressful or crisis situations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current computer systems, equipment or programs used in the organization, knowledge of Epic a plus!
  • Demonstrate maturity and accountability
