Chorus SmartSecure is seeking an Account Management Professional to join our Team.

Account Management Professional Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel highly desirable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently on assigned duties

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Clean driving record

Account Management Professional Responsibilities:

Answer phones, create customer service tickets, route, and assign resources for customer calls.

Work with the customer service team to return all missed calls and voicemails, respond to emails, and other customer inquiries.

Maintain weekly and monthly spreadsheets.

Provide troubleshooting and remote support for customers.

Provide initial orientation for customers and sell security upgrade opportunities.

Maintain and record all management needs of existing customers.

Monitor systems for issues, remotely troubleshoot, and communicate with customers accordingly.

Review service tickets and invoices accordingly.

Populate monthly spreadsheets.

Other projects, opportunities, and reports assigned by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $36,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
