New Startup Internal Medicine Clinic and Housecall practice office goal of treating 30+ patients per day. Physician and Midlevel providers. As the Practice Manager you will be asked to set in the processes and ultimately assist in the interview and hiring of the medical assistant/scribe and nurse practitioner. Until they are hired you will be expected to assist in charge of rooming patients, prepping for procedures, collecting lab specimens, scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals as needed and assisting with tracking labs, orders and referrals for the field NPs. EMR is ECW. Training will be provided. We work as a team so all employees learn to answer phones, check in and check out patients. Office provides dermatology, gynecology, Incisions & Drains, STD screens, travel medicine, immunizations, dermatological procedures, medical house calls, telemedicine, and more. We are a drama free work place with dedicated professionals who actually like each other and enjoy what we do. We are looking for new members to joint our team and assist in providing quality care to our patients. You will work in conjunction with corporate team located in Katy Texas.
