Leonardtown Ford is looking for customer service and goal-oriented individuals to join our Sales team. Must be motivated to provide unparalleled service and enjoy the challenge of working to meet customers’ needs. In this role, you will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market and build lasting relationships with team members and clients. Prior sales experience preferred but not required. Extensive training is provided. We have in-house training dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs. Saturday lunches, special employee pricing, and periodic bonuses available.

Responsibilities
- Be the vehicle expert. Take pride in learning the ins & the outs of the Ford line-up, optional packages, & latest technology.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Stay up-to-date with training and certifications.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning the Ford product.
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
