Collections Representative – Spanish-speaking – Vive Financial – Draper, UT

Job Description:

Vive Financial is searching for individuals who know that working hard and having fun are two peas in the same pod! We’re currently accepting applications for Spanish-speaking Collections Representatives [Temporary Remote] to join our amazing team.

As a result, this position is currently a work-from-home (remote) position; however, this may change in the future and employees may be expected to return to the office. For this reason, eligible candidates must reside in Utah. Interviewing, onboarding and training will be a completely virtual experience!

Position Details:

• 
  Start Date: Monday, May 24, 2021
• Virtual Training: 2 Weeks/Full-time/Mandatory – Mon-Fri from 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Shift Available: 11:30am-8:00pm, Mon-Fri
• Rotating Saturdays Required, 7am-11am
• Compensation: $14-16.50/HR + up to $3000/mo BONUS!

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for inbound and outbound calls
• Collecting on accounts that are past due
• Provide top tier support and service to our customers

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or GED equivalent required

• 18+ years of age required

• Ability to speak and read both English and Spanish

• One year call center customer service/collections experience preferred

• Experience deescalating and/or negotiating with customers in a professional environment is strongly preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Computer & Typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously

Requirements for Temporary Work From Home:

• Must reside in greater Salt Lake City or Prove, Utah areas

• Willing to work in our office once it is reopened (Vive Financial will follow the guidance of official public health and safety organizations and will ensure additional safety measures are implemented before reopening any location)

• A designated home-based workspace (preferably one that is quiet and free from distractions)

• Internet connection with internet service speeds of at least 15 mbps download and 15 mbps (we provide a $50 monthly stipend!)
