VP of Lending Operations (Remote) – Knock – Reno, NV

The Knock Home Swap™ makes it easy for consumers to buy their new home before selling their old one, skipping the hassles of living through repairs and showings, paying only one mortgage at a time, and having home prep covered upfront so their old house sells for the highest possible price. Knock currently offers the Home Swap in 25 markets in eight states and plans to expand to 75 markets by 2023.

We are seeking a VP of Lending Operations to support our managers, team leaders, and Knockstars within the day-to-day operations of our lending team from processing through to post closing. This is a unique opportunity to help us continue to improve on people, process, and product to offer a better way for people to buy and sell their homes. You’ll lead, mentor, and coach, but also measure, improve, and iterate.
