Position Summary
This position is responsible for the end-to-end fuel card process in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures, along with management of national accounts.
Essential Functions
- Manage daily fuel card set-ups and approvals
- Provide daily phone support to internal customers
- Manage weekly fuel card reimbursements and deductions
- Maintain daily bulk fuel price updates
- Manage national accounts – office supplies and furniture; corporate lodging hotel program
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
