Job Description:
· Current, unrestricted nursing license approved by the Texas State Board of Nursing
Essential Functions & Basic Duties (not limited to the following)
· Monitors all aspects of health and safety within the home.
· Provides daily nursing services, including medications, as prescribed by a licensed physician
· Maintains documentation after each shift performed
· Maintains medical supplies as needed
· Is available to parents for health related questions and/or concerns.
· Monitors for potential abuse or neglect situations and follows the regulated reporting guidelines for any suspected issues
· Maintains regular and punctual attendance
· Follows Company policies and procedures
· Supports organization’s goals and values
· Works well with other professionals
