*** Our team is looking to hire a Registered Nurse in the Waltham, MA area. Must have current RN license in the state of MA and home health experience.***
Schedule: Every other weekend, 8-40 hrs/wk available, flexible, must commit to a 13 week assignment
Responsibilities:
- Visiting a diverse population with a variety of diagnoses, performing nursing assessments, communicating with other providers, and maintaining patients in the community as independently as possible.
- Provides initial assessment and plan of care for home care clients.
- Conducts ongoing medical documentation, writing OASIS assessments as appropriate
- Must be willing to travel
Qualifications:
- Experience working in Home Health
- MA RN License
