Customer Service Representative – TeleDirect Call Centers – New Orleans, LA

TeleDirect is looking for work from home Customer Service Representatives that will continue providing for superb customer service. As a Customer Service Representative you will be taking inbound calls for a variety of clients. For example, making reservations, setting appointments, taking donations and more.

Location: You MUST be located in the state of AL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MS, ND, NE, LA, NM, NC, NE, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, and WY

Work Hours: Full Time shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM Pacific Standard Time and Part Time shifts between 11 AM and 7 PM Pacific Standard Time.

Compensation: $10.50 to $11.50 per hour plus monthly bonuses.

Position Requirements:

Experience with computer, typing and internet. Excellent ability to communicate verbally and orally and a positive attitude is required.

– Internet Speed Requirements with connection of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down.

– Private work space in a room with closed door.

-Windows 10 operating system:

– 4Gb of RAM

– Google chrome installed

– USB Headset with in line mute switch

– Laptop or desktop that is no less than 2 years old

– Monitor if using desktop and cables

– Ethernet cable to connect to router
