Position: Part-Time Accountability Manager for Plastic Surgery Practice

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, holding employees accountable for their job descriptions; setting and monitoring monthly goals; scheduling and performing monthly employee reviews, working closely with the surgeon to report on employee requests, ensuring proper staffing is available; managing time off requests, pay roll preparation, etc. This person must set an example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a personal passion to be their best. They must prioritize a customer centric approach in all areas of the practice, while ensuring the staff are supported, heard and cared about. As the accountability manager you must have a friendly and caring attitude and be incredibly professional and organized. In addition, you will help manage the clinic schedule and assist with administrative duties and office tasks.

This practice is owned by a facial plastic surgeon who specializes in natural and beautiful surgical outcomes and caters to patients throughout California and the country offering cosmetic procedures and treatments resulting in consistent beautiful and natural results. This referral-based practice is one of the leading plastic surgery businesses in the Temecula/ Murrieta area and prides itself on amazing outcomes as well as offering a 5-star experience by a staff that has been working together for years.

The candidate who will secure the job will have strong communication skills, a positive yet firm management leadership style, ability to multi task and a strong team player mentality. There must be a focus on driving sales and results, coupled with a strong desire to implement and sustain organization and efficiency throughout the practice.

· You have prior management experience. Preferably 5 years or more.

· Bachelor’s degree from a nationally accredited university (preferred)

· You are extremely organized. You keep lists and stay on top of action items and hold other accountable to do the same.

· You stay focused and on track – especially with regular interruptions.

· You are great at remembering the little details. Your attention to detail ensures things don’t fall through the cracks.

Pay and Benefits
