Live in HCA/ CNA needed (Lynnwood)

We are looking for a live-in HCA/ CNA for our Adult Family Home in Lynnwood, Washington.

You will be taking care of 6 residents with another caregiver.
Some of the Essential functions of the job are:

 Team Player
Heart to Serve
Excellent Communication Skills
 Ability to document essential behaviors and medical conditions when necessary
 Accurate understanding and knowledge of each resident’s care plan
 Assisting residents with completion of daily living skills as needed
 Assisting or administering medications when necessary
 Accepting and participating in Nurse Delegation procedures, if educationally qualified
 Observation, monitoring and reporting
 Comprehension of laws/policies concerning client rights, abuse and use of restraints
 Knowledge of basics of infection control and prevention of disease (Universal Precautions)
 Insure resident’s safety and help prevent accidents and or injury
 Meal Preparation
 Cleaning, dusting, loading dishwasher and laundry
Qualifications:
CNA/ HCA Certified, or are taking classes to be Certified.
