Certified Medical Assistant (Tacoma)

Busy, multi-location podiatric medical practice seeking an experienced and responsible
Medical Assistant with a positive, professional manner to become part
of our close-knit team.

Description of role:

You will work closely with your doctor and other staff members to
perform all clinical and administrative assignments required to keep
our practice running smoothly and efficiently.

Tasks:

Clean, stock and prepare exam rooms prior to patient appointments
Escort patients to exam rooms and record patient information using
electronic medical records
Perform clinical tasks to assist and support your doctor
Assist staff in tracking and maintaining medical inventory, placing
orders for new materials as needed
Handle all administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner

Skills and requirements:

Minimum of one year MA experience preferred, podiatry experience a plus
Familiarity with electronic medical records
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly, be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attendance record. Willing and able to travel to multiple locations
