Design, schedule, analyze & construct healthcare specific solutions & evaluate the current processes & make necessary improvements & changes. Work w/Epic MyChart, Chronicles, Clarity & SQL, Reporting Workbench, Extract format editor, Epic Security templates, interface testing w/external systems like Lab, Rad, AP, GL & Decision support. Conduct requirement gathering, systems analysis, documentation, workflow preparation & process reengineering in conjunction w/clinical, healthcare, & operational stakeholders. Provide statistical & data analysis, quality assurance & troubleshooting data integrity issues; Identify financial & clinical trends, abnormalities, quality improvement opportunities, & specific patient focus reports. Configure various components of Epic Resolute Hospital Billing: HSD settings, Work Queues, System automatic actions, LPP, DNB edits & other Epic exceptions tracking tools, CDM, CCAT. Analyze, combine, & consolidate budget estimates into a budget document that reflects the funding need of the assigned organizations while ensuring Revenue Integrity through the billing lifecycle. Work w/mgmt in the development of streamlining processes & maintain accurate & timely billing processes. Analyze workflow decisions & how they translate into application configurations to ensure system design reflects decisions. Provide business req’m for process improvements & system enhancements. Provide post implementation support such as problem resolution, adjustments to new procedures & change management. Collaborate w/vendor resources; plays an active role in managing the technical build, testing & migration of the system. Conduct meetings w/healthcare clients & clinical & operational mgmt. to determine project scope, budget, & timelines. May travel & relocate to various unanticipated sites within the US.
Applicant must possess a Master’s Deg in Healthcare Mgmt, Business Admin, Pharmacy, MIS or related field.
