Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 per year

Our client is a health and wellness engagement company that empower data driven high value care for low income & high frailty older adults. Our analytic platform aggregates data and utilizes advanced algorithms combined with population health to enable clinically complex older adults to age gracefully at home as a preferred alternative to nursing care.
With our client, you’re not just another cog in the machine who executes someone else’s task list; you will be responsible for creating scalable, reliable, and comprehensive data transfers from our clients system’s (EHR, Claims, etc…) to the companies internal wellness platform! You will also be responsible for innovating company data strategy to support new and deeper exploration of our data to enable further product discovery and value. Your customers will be humans (our internal clinical consulting team) and machines (our application API that ingests data), and your work will be critical to company success

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Exceptional individual contribution; owning end-to-end the design, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of software solutions
Ensure and improve the reliability and efficiency of the data pipeline, as well as quality of the data produced by it
Assist junior engineers by providing thoughtful code review and guidance in designing features they’ve been tasked with
Must Haves & Nice to Haves:
8+ years experience using Python
4+ years experience owning/delivering software solutions
Experience in Docker (Nice to have)
Experience using Airflow (Nice to have)
Experience in Kubernetes (Nice to have)
