Job Details
EXPERIENCE
Minimum six (6) years of general healthcare, public works and/or multi-family construction experience required
SKILLS
Proficient in CMiC
Proficient in Bluebeam
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge and use of Primavera 6 and vPlanner
Coordination/lift drawings
Read and comprehend all disciplines of contract documents
Understanding of project finances
Knowledge of principles and practices of commercial construction
Understanding of total station practices for building control
