Job Details
Superintendent Key Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of field operations in assigned areas of aspects of the project
- Prepare daily reports documenting jobsite progress
- Mentor and develop direct reports
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, designers, consultants and the surrounding community
- Manage the project schedule while ensuring the highest quality and safety standards
Superintendent Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Technology proficient, with the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
- Communication and relationship building skills
- Problem solving skills
- 5 years’ experience on construction projects
- Healthcare construction experience preferred
