Heavenly Home Care Services, LLC established in 2018 is expanding in the Hampton Roads area. We are currently seeking to retain skilled Homemakers, Personal Care Aides, Nurses’ Aides, and Certified Nursing Assistants to join our remarkable team. We are devoted to providing compassionate, intentional, quality assistance to the geriatric population that we serve. The ideal solid candidate will be a self-starter, self-motivated, knowledgeable, can follow instructions and multitask.

Schedule

· 8-hour shifts.

· Day Shifts.

· Monday thru Friday.

· Weekends.

· Overnight Shift.

· Live-In, Full-time, Part-time, and PRN schedules available.

Requirements

· Must be 18 Years or older to Apply.

· 1 year experience (Required) 5+ years (Preferred).

· Eligible to work in the United States (No sponsorship program available).

· A clean background check without any past or open barrier crimes*

· 3 Professional references*

· Valid license, picture ID and SSN or birth certificate

· Valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and dependable transportation required.

· Current CNA, NA, PCA, or HHA accreditation, or be willing to obtain one prior to starting work.

· Excellent documentation skills.

· Current PPD*

· Smartphone (Preferred)*

· CPR First Aid Preferred*

· High School Diploma or its equivalent (Preferred).

· COVID-19 Considerations:

All employees are provided with gloves and mask.

Obligations

· Support non-medical assistance to seniors in their homes.

· Support a clean, safe, and healthy client environment.

· Monitor medication schedules and provide reminders.

· Support with ADLs to include but not limited to bathing, grooming, and toileting.

· Support ambulation, transfers and/or range of motion exercises.

· Support with Dementia/Alzheimer’s Care.

· Monitor clients overnight.

· Monitor fluid intake and output.

· Companionship with persistent engagement.

· Performing activities not limited to, dusting, washing dishes, vacuuming, maintaining common client areas, laundry, mopping and/or sweeping.

· Meal preparation, measuring and adhering to clients’ special diets.

· Any other assigned duties within your scope of practice.
