Full Job Description

Youthful Reflections is a AAAHC accredited office-based surgery center that specializes in surgical rejuvenation of the aging face, including facelift, neck lift, brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, facial implants, laser skin resurfacing, and other aesthetic surgical procedures of the face and neck.

Position Summary:

Provides for the care and safety of the surgical patient prior to, during, and after the surgical procedure. This may include, but is not limited to: direct patient care and observation, scrubbing and assisting the surgeon during surgical procedures, surgical room turnover between cases, collection and recording of pertinent clinical data in the medical record, reviewing postoperative care instructions with patients, and suture removal.
Prepares and maintains the sterile surgical field for each procedure and assures proper handling of instruments and equipment before and afterward.
Participates as a team member by performing additional assignments when workload or area of specialty requires, as requested by the team.

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program or equivalent training
BLS Certification
Operating Room experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time (typically 30 – 40 hours per week). Work hours will be Monday – Friday. There is no night or weekend call requirement.

Pay: Starting pay will be $20 – $25 hourly, commensurate with training and experience. Pay will be distributed every other week. Once orientation and training are successfully completed, we will guarantee pay for a minimum of 25 hours weekly, regardless of schedule. After 90-day probation period, there will be an opportunity to become salaried with competitive compensation distributed equally throughout the year and a minimum of 10 days paid time off.
