Schedules Available:

We have part-time and full-time positions available on days, evenings, and nights. We also have the availability of an PM short shift from 6pm-10pm. If you are interested in a short shift, please indicate that on your application.

Location Information

Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury is our youngest community. Social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blend to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; 56 skilled and transitional care suites. The Redwoods Senior Apartments, opened adjacent to the main campus in November 2017.

Responsibilities

Performs a variety of resident related direct care duties, such as transporting, transferring, toileting, positioning, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming residents, encouraging highest level of independence, validating residents’ concerns etc.

Special knowledge, skills and abilities:

Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to accurately plan and carry out assignments without direct supervision
Proven history of good judgement, integrity and consideration to others
Maintained awareness and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities
High level of commitment to compassionate customer service
Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident
