Join us as the Clinical Site Director at our newest location in Fairlawn / Akron, Ohio this fall as we expand mental health services to children & adolescents in this new location.

Position: Clinical Site Director

Beyond Healthcare is a new mental health agency that focuses on the child and family healing together. We are passionate about bringing the humanity back into healthcare and connecting people to a vibrant community where they belong, find their purpose, and heal.

Main Responsibilities: The purpose of this position is to oversee all operations at our Toledo-based site that provides PHP, IOP and OP level of care for children and their families which will include:

-Overseeing all programs, ensuring the highest clinical quality and operational excellence within all administrative, front desk, call center, medical, and clinical departments

-Directly coordinating all on-site medical operations with agency Medical Director, Nurse Practitioners, and other Medical Staff

-Managing all daily operations to be efficient and effective, ensuring productivity standards are met in a humanistic manner

-Leading others in a manner consistent with our agency values that allows agency employees to feel supported, accountable, and appreciated in their roles

-Assisting with recruitment, hiring, staff mentoring, and overall building schedules for clinical programs and staffing support

-Tracking clinical and operational trends, with appropriate follow-up and action plans for improvement as needed

-Adherance to the site budget with proper management of expenses and coordination with agency vendors

-Coordination of all billing related tasks in conjunction with the agency billing department and electronic health record representatives

-Collaboration with the marketing and outreach department to meet identified census goals for targeted services

-Managing the patient experience from first call to program discharge in a manner that is strengths-based, planful, and focuses on building positive relationships with each patient

-Dedication to agency compliance efforts by examining trends, tracking safety concerns, and implementing best practice initiatives across all programs

-Adherance to agency policy/procedures by staff in all positions

Location: Fairlawn / Akron, Ohio

Schedule: Daytime Hours TBD

Experience Required:

-5 years in progressively responsible management roles (preferred)

-5 years experience working with children & adolescents

-Master’s Degree

-Clinical licensure in the state of Ohio (LISW-S or LPCC-S preferred)
