- Learn a play-based form of ABA! Implement the most evidence-based form of ABA for young children, the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- Be a part of an interdisciplinary care team as an RBT and help kids build new skills!
- Collaborate with speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services for young children with autism. Build relationships and mentors with a wide variety of care professionals as an RBT

- Guaranteed hours! Every full-time RBT will receive a minimum of 30 hours a week regardless of patient cancellations. Typical weeks are 35-38 hours/week
- Tons of hands-on support. You will have more supervision from masters or doctorate level staff than anywhere else – everyone all under the same roof to support your growth as an RBT
- Paid training. New behavior therapists have at least 100 hours of training in your first year at Soar to learn our unique model of therapy, including 4 paid professional development afternoons
- No-cost supervision hours! We don’t “claw back” hours for supervision for your masters program
- On-site rapid Covid testing for all employees! Never have to scramble around for a rapid test again
- Great company benefits! Quality medical, dental, and vision plans for our RBTs. Paid time off from work: 9 company holidays, 5 time off days, and 6 sick days. A “Time for You” program to take extra time off work when you need it. Short term disability for all staff. We also have an unpaid time off policy – taking it all together, our policies add to about ~5-6 weeks off per year for a full-time RBT!
- A culture that cares about you and your growth! Shout outs, boo yahs, and staff appreciations for your hard work as an RBT. Free lunches every other Friday!
