Job Summary
Our office is looking for a motivated (preferably) Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have competent hygiene skills and interact with patients and staff professionally and kindly. The candidate will be appropriately licensed in the state of Virginia with at least one year of experience preferred. This position is full-time Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with the potential for Fridays starting in the future).
The Dental Hygienist will clean teeth and examine oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease. The position also educates patients on oral hygiene and x-rays and applies fluoride or sealants—one hour per patient.
The preferred candidate will demonstrate familiarity with Dentrix and Dexis and will be comfortable with treatment planning and co-diagnosing. Additionally, the use of an iTero scanner for restorative and Invisalign treatment is beneficial. If you are a team player, we invite you to join us.
