Responsibilities
- Enrich the lives of CAREGivers and seniors in our community.
- Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss needs and provide solutions.
- Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationship.
- Work with other team members to coordinate all aspects of client care.
- Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and potential clients.
- Modify care plans as needed.
- Execute quality assurance program.
- Problem-solve for clients and families on issues that may arise to ensure prompt, responsive resolutions.
- Maintain client records and CAREGiver activity.
- Share on-call phone responsibilities on a regular basis (rotating schedule).
- Willing to work outside of regular business hours to ensure client and potential client needs are met.
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Qualifications * College degree preferred
- One year of experience in home care, health care, or senior-related industry required
- One year or more of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

Pay: $34,000.00 – $37,000.00 per year
