Responsibilities

  • Enrich the lives of CAREGivers and seniors in our community.
  • Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss needs and provide solutions.
  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationship.
  • Work with other team members to coordinate all aspects of client care.
  • Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and potential clients.
  • Modify care plans as needed.
  • Execute quality assurance program.
  • Problem-solve for clients and families on issues that may arise to ensure prompt, responsive resolutions.
  • Maintain client records and CAREGiver activity.
  • Share on-call phone responsibilities on a regular basis (rotating schedule).
  • Willing to work outside of regular business hours to ensure client and potential client needs are met.
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Qualifications * College degree preferred

  • One year of experience in home care, health care, or senior-related industry required
  • One year or more of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 – $37,000.00 per year
