JSR Services is looking for an MRI and CT technologist that will be responsible for operating MRI equipment and creating scans as per the physicians’ directions, screening patients and explaining procedures to them, and inspecting and troubleshooting equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *

Perform procedures of a CT and MRI Technologist under the direction of a Radiologist.
- It will be responsible for performing CT (Computed Tomography) and taking MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) on patients.
- Perform a diagnostic procedure that uses a combination of large images, radio frequencies, and a computer to produce detailed images of organs and structures inside the body.
- Assists the Radiologist in special procedures as required.

Requirements*
- Associate Degree in Radiologist Technology from an accredited university in Puerto Rico, preferably Baccalaureate with concentration in Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance. Radiology Technologist License issued by the Examining Board of Radiologist Technologists in Diagnostic Imaging and Treatment of Puerto Rico.
- Minimum (1) year of experience.
- Current registration granted by the Department of Health.
- Knowledge and mastery of the operation of CT and MRI equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Publisher) and Electronic Record, preferably Meditech.
