Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated BCBA candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families and offering hope for their child! This is a full-time position for Integrity’s learning center in Plainfield, Indiana. We are a steadily growing practice that places it’s emphasis on manageable caseloads for our BCBAs so they can focus on the quality of their programming and success of their learners! We are a company that supports and advocates for your personal growth as a behavior analyst.
Basic requirements for any candidate to be considered includes:
- Must have BCBA and be in good standing with the BACB
- Effectively demonstrates ABA practices
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self motivated
- Team player
- Adapts to change easily
- Eager to learn and grow as a professional
- Must be able to collaborate with multiple clinicians
