Family Pet hospital is a small animal hospital that practices preventative and diagnostic medicine. We are a fast paced hospital looking for someone who is a team player and can work with mostly dogs, cats and some exotics.
-Be able to type/ document records, use cornerstone software
-Know how to draw blood and handle pets (be able to pick up at least a 35lb dog onto a table)
-Be familiar with medications and vaccine protocols.
-Must have flexible hours and your own transportation
-communicate with clients- answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, going over treatment plans, etc.
Schedule is generally 4 x 10s. Rotating Saturdays among the staff. Probation periods generally are 90 days and most benefits do not kick in until after usually.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour
