Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Watch Me Shine is seeking a full-time Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work with children in our early intervention program.
- Sign on bonus of $1,000 for part time and $2,500 for full time after 40 hours of billed services.
- With consistent attendance, pay can increase an additional $1.79 per hour, totaling $300 extra per month.
- $22.00+ per hour
You will be providing direct speech & language therapy under the supervision of our licensed SLP. working with children to foster optimal communication through interventions that are tailored to the needs of each child.
- This role will provide speech & language services for children that exhibit:
- Difficulties with expressive and/or receptive language
- Articulation
- Auditory processing
- Social/pragmatic language difficulties
- Language-based learning disabilities
- WMS provides family-centered and strength-based interventions
- Set working schedule Monday through Friday
- WMS pays for all trainings and CEU’s
- ***No Travel Required***

Watch Me Shine is now a superior preschool, childcare, and multi-therapy service for young children. Our mission is to create a new type of specialized learning environment that is developmentally appropriate by offering holistic care that is individualized, evidenced-based, and bolsters relationship building skills while providing the educational tools necessary to allow a child to achieve their greatest potential. Qualifications:
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE & MAINE LICENSURE REQUIRED
- Candidates must pass an extensive criminal background check.
