Full Time Patient Accounts Representative

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of third party billing experience. Ability to attain and maintain knowledge of billing/accounts receivable data processing procedures and systems for the purpose of performing daily routine data entry that is required for the billing process. Use of electronic means to enhance revenue cycle functions such as third party websites, electronic filing of claims and software programs. Ability to research payer specific billing/reimbursement requirements in order to make recommendations to supervisor and manager on process requirements. Consistently contact appropriate third party organizations regarding additional information required to process claims for payment. Research payer issues and summarize for supervisor/management intervention as needed.
