Position Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining the medical records of our Skilled Nursing Unit. Maintaining communication with providers, family and staff is critical to assuring the accuracy of our medical records.
Position Schedule: Full time, Monday thru Friday.
Position Location: 16455 E. Avenue of the Fountains | Fountain Hills, AZ 85268
Compensation: $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Essential Functions:
· Maintains medical records with accuracy and timeliness.
· Use proper telephone skills.
· Assures customer service standards are met and exceeded.
· Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
· Adhere to all policies and procedures
· Perform other duties as assigned. Maintains medical records with accuracy and timeliness.
