The Clinical Coordinator performs a variety of administrative duties in the office. The Clinical Coordinator conducts business diplomatically and confidentially by using effective communication skills.
- Enters and maintains data in program specific databases. Reviews, retrieves, corrects and tracks data as required.
- Audit electronic and paper records.
- Reviews and audits files ensuring that all are complete.
- Data enters clinical visit notes into McKesson database system.
- Data enters frequencies for compliance into SAM database system.
- Data enters 485s as directed by the billing manager.
- Data enters the OASIS (including SOC, discharge, and transfers)
- Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Minimum of two years of progressive business experience.
- Proficient in word processing, desktop publishing and spreadsheet software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages.
