How our BCBA’s (YOU) Changes the Life of Our Clients-

  • Assess and maintain knowledge of clients deficits and excesses, as well as learning style and generalization ability in order to develop appropriate behavioral and/or educational goals
  • Use Behavior-Analytic Principals to conduct initial assessments, ongoing assessments, and consultation
  • Develop programming and progression according to clients’ needs to address deficits and excesses
  • Generate behavioral and/or educational gals that leads to generalization and maintenance of skills for clients
  • Collect and analyze data on an ongoing basis to ensure progress and appropriateness of programs
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and supervision to team members
  • Use Applied Behavior Analysis to guide all decisions made regarding the client
  • Supports and trains Sr. Therapists on Behavior Intervention cases
  • Take advantage of all teaching opportunities available, including working directly with the client on a 1:1 basis
  • Take proactive measures to ensure that all work is completed within a valid contract

Who Makes You a Dynamic Team Member-

  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid BCBA Certification or sitting for exam within 60 days from date of hire
  • Minimum 1 year experience of clinical supervision
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Driven to making a positive impact in the lives of others
  • Have a reliable, insured vehicle, and clean driving record
  • Pass a Department of Justice Fingerprint Screening
  • Have a negative TB test, be current on immunizations, completed Covid-19 vaccination series, complete a health screening that confirms that you are physically capable of performing job duties
