How our BCBA’s (YOU) Changes the Life of Our Clients-
- Assess and maintain knowledge of clients deficits and excesses, as well as learning style and generalization ability in order to develop appropriate behavioral and/or educational goals
- Use Behavior-Analytic Principals to conduct initial assessments, ongoing assessments, and consultation
- Develop programming and progression according to clients’ needs to address deficits and excesses
- Generate behavioral and/or educational gals that leads to generalization and maintenance of skills for clients
- Collect and analyze data on an ongoing basis to ensure progress and appropriateness of programs
- Provide ongoing training, support, and supervision to team members
- Use Applied Behavior Analysis to guide all decisions made regarding the client
- Supports and trains Sr. Therapists on Behavior Intervention cases
- Take advantage of all teaching opportunities available, including working directly with the client on a 1:1 basis
- Take proactive measures to ensure that all work is completed within a valid contract
Who Makes You a Dynamic Team Member-
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Valid BCBA Certification or sitting for exam within 60 days from date of hire
- Minimum 1 year experience of clinical supervision
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Driven to making a positive impact in the lives of others
- Have a reliable, insured vehicle, and clean driving record
- Pass a Department of Justice Fingerprint Screening
- Have a negative TB test, be current on immunizations, completed Covid-19 vaccination series, complete a health screening that confirms that you are physically capable of performing job duties
