Contract Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) – Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center – Tallahassee, FL

Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses ( LPNs ) that are interested in a 90 day contract. Just like other facilities, we have some permanent openings that unfortunately are not being filled at the rate that we would like. To ensure that are residents are provided with adequate staff, we are seeking to offer immediate temporary contracts to individuals that are willing to work a flexible PRN schedule with a great pay incentive.

As a temporary Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) employee, you will have the option to either be provided a two week schedule every two week or agree to accept to be on call, in which you would be required to work a minimum 12 shifts per month, 4 of which will be weekend shifts. The temporary Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) employee will be allowed to pick up extra shifts bonuses once he/she completes the minimum shifts agreed per contract.

Please note as a temporary Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) you will not be entitled to any benefits as a full time employee and you will be required to successfully pass a level 2 background and drug screen prior to starting the contract. Additional information will be provided upon interview and/or signing of the contract.

Licensed Practical Nurses ( LPNs ) Job Duties would include but not limited to:

• Providing Nursing Care to 20-30 residents per shift

• Documenting within the EHR per state and facility guidelines

• Oversee assigned CNAs to ensure that he/she follow proper policy and procedures
