Supporting Individuals with Developmental Differences (Autism, Prader Willi, Downs etc)
Supporting Individuals in a compassionate manner managing behavioral issues or concerns
Working with the ID/D individual to help build Life skills and functional skills
Be a Supportive companion on community outings relieving family members / caregivers of the care of the individual during assigned shifts
Provide transportation to individual within a 5 mile radius. Mileage reimbursement is available for anything over the 5 mile radius.
Take data, Log progress, or the lack thereof and report on a daily basis
Attend trainings required to best support clients
Provide personal care assistance including but not limited to personal hygiene, Dressing, feeding, light cooking, cleaning etc.
Treating the individual with utmost respect and dignity since they are their employers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
