ABA Therapist Requirements:
- ABA therapy experience
- High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred (i.e. psychology, education, and rehabilitation majors)
- Completed the 40 hour training covered in the RBT Task List
- Must have a completed staff file including required clearances and current driver’s license.
- Must be able to travel to your assigned therapy location and maintain a set therapy scheduled.
ABA Therapist Employment Responsibilities:
- ABA Therapists must be able to work in patients’ homes, schools, the community or at our Center in Langhorne, PA.
- Implement ABA programs with individuals developmental disability in their home, school, community or at Traina Behavioral’s Center.
- Follow and comply with HIPAA, patient safety and patient confidentiality policies at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
