ABA Midwest provides high quality, in-home, community-based ABA services and is seeking a BCBA to serve our clients in the Chicago land area and surrounding suburbs.

We are seeking a creative, passionate, clinically driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with formal training and experience in developing and supervising ABA-VB programming. Experience with home programming preferred, skill acquisition and developing behavior management programming.

Job requirements: This BCBA position will be responsible for:

  • Assessments
  • Program development
  • Treatment plan development
  • ABA Therapist supervision
  • Ongoing case management
  • Parent training, and other behavior-related tasks
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Creative and organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Based on caseload, there is a billing requirement that will be determine per month based on discussion between the Clinical Supervisor and the Owner
  • Weekly supervision & monthly clinical meetings

On an as needed basis participate in development of special projects including: Clinical program development, staff training and marketing initiatives.

Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with team members, caretakers, and other service providers. Experience with children and adults between 2 years to 21 years of age

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
  • New Grads welcome but prefer 3-5 years working with home-based Autism intervention ABA Therapy programming preferred.
  • BCBA Certification Required.
