Account Resolution Specialist – Revenue Cycle Operations – Tampa General Hospital – Tampa, FL

This position will serve our communities across all missions, including patient care, teaching, research, and community outreach. The position is Remote with some in-person attendance required at management’s discretion. As part of the onboarding process, you will be subject to a drug screening and will likely fall under the covid vaccination mandate as well.

Must be fluent and able to conduct business in English which includes reading, writing and speaking.Education: High School diploma.

Experience: Experience dealing with insurance companies, managed care plans, and physician billing.

Skills: Data entry skills, ability to review insurance correspondence and respond accordingly. Meet deadlines while maintaining heavy volume of correspondence.

Preferred Attributes: Epic experience. Bilingual in Spanish. * Requirements reflect the minimum level necessary to be eligible for this position. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
