Position – State Tested Nursing Assistant
Level of Care – Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing
PPE – Provided. Surgical mask expected to be worn at all times.
Job Description:
PRN agency pool for multiple facilities in Northeast Ohio ranging from Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, and Dementia related care. STNA is responsible for care of residents in the long term care facility; responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with activities of daily living, resident room cleanliness, assisting with resident activities, assisting in life enrichment of the resident, and assisting other staff in the care of the resident. Open shifts will be shared with employee as available and employee is expected to pick up as able.
Necessary Skills:
Current STNA licensure in the state of Ohio
Basic Life Support Certification
Driver’s License

Our goal is to fill those facilities with next-level nurses, respiratory therapists, and nursing assistants so that new staff can be hired, trained, retained. Currently, Proxy Healthcare is staffing in Northeast Ohio and is primarily associated with Long Term Care and Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals. The owner of Proxy Healthcare holds a nursing license in three states and has worked at each facility we staff. We retain intimate knowledge of the facilities, staff, administration, and working conditions of each healthcare building we contract with.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
