Speech Language Pathologist – All-In Therapy – San Bernardino, CA

Pay starts at $105 per visit depending on experience.

We are looking for licensed SLPs:

  • In-home setting evaluating and treating adult patients
  • Reimbursement for state license and ASHA membership renewals
  • Job Type: Full-time/Part-time (1099 contract)
  • Salary: Up to $100/hour based on experience
  • CA state licensure as SLP (Required)
  • Work authorization: United States (Required)
  • Required travel: Yes but depends on scheduling and locations
  • Open to supervising 2 SLPAs

  • Conducting assessments in the areas of Articulation, Voice, Fluency, Language, Cognition, and Swallowing disorders with adult patients
  • Providing formal/informal observations to help with overall understanding of the patient’s strengths and needs
  • Providing appropriate and effective speech, language, and swallowing therapy treatment for our patients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds

JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

  • Assess communication skills of the assigned population
  • Develop individual speech and language treatment goals based upon assessment results
  • Maintain records as required
  • Establish home training programs for patients and/or caregivers
  • Provide consultative services
  • Coordinate speech and language services with our patients and care teams
  • Charting appropriate assessment results and treatment SOAP notes
  • Scheduling evaluations and treatment sessions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A valid license / RPE issued from Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board, California.
  • A valid California driver’s license and the availability of private transportation or the ability to obtain transportation between job sites is required
