3D Solutions is currently seeking full-time Senior Account Specialists with expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM) including focus areas of medical billing, coding, collection, denial management, and account management.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

· Process and/or supervise patient registration, charges, and collection postings daily, weekly, etc.

· Process and/or supervise coding and modifiers for all charge/claims

· Preferably 3+ experience of Client Accounts Management role.

· Review claims performance (turnover, denials, etc.) for company/customer metrics/goals.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency

· Verification and Eligibility for patient benefits and insurance

· Coordinate and communicate with customers

Qualifications and Skills

· 5+ years of medical billing and/or coding related experience

· 2+ years supervisory or team lead experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· High School Diploma or GED

· Medical Billing Certificate a bonus

· CPC certification preferred but not required

· Possess knowledge of billing software(s) like Kareo, Therapy Notes, NextGen etc.

· Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment
