Endless Possibilities is an agency founded in 2014 by a mother of two children with special needs who is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist with a master’s degree in education. Positions:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement life-changing care in-home and/or school settings. You’ll work one-on-one with teachers and our patient’s families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones. We are currently seeking:

· Behavior Interventionists and

· Lead Therapists

What You’ll Do:

Behavior Interventionists

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home and/or school settings.
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive.
  • Collect and record data on child behaviors. Help track progress, influence care plans, and celebrate milestones.
  • Partner closely with BCBAs and help inform treatment plans so children are receiving the best care possible.
  • Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct.
  • Attend team meetings to connect with other clinicians on the team. Share tips, tricks, and best practices with your peers.

Lead Therapists

  • In addition to the above, provide the following supports to caregivers and behavior interventionists:
  • Train individuals using Behavior Skills Training (BST),
  • Collect fidelity data to ensure competent implementation, and
  • collect IOA data to ensure accuracy of data collection.
  • Assist with assessments, program development, and plan updates.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
  • RBT certification
  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver’s license required
