The duties of a Caregiver include:
- Building relationships and understanding our residents; their history, what motivates them, and what gives them purpose as well as assisting them with all activities that are essential to their daily lives.
- We work hard, no doubt, but we love what we do. Our elders change our lives!
Requirements:
- You will need strong communication skills and a strong desire to build meaningful relationships with our residents, their families, and your teammates.
- Likewise, you will need to be an adaptable and driven person who strives to execute flawlessly on all initiatives and tasks you are presented with!
