Acupuncture Front Desk Assistant

We are looking for a part-time acupuncture front desk assistant who will be an exceptional addition to our practice. As a front desk at David Di Acupuncture, you will be an integral part of the team assisting with patient interactions. The right person for this role is a passion for holistic health, has outstanding communication skills, and multitasking abilities. What You Will Learn and Do:

– Greet and check in patients and all visitors in a professional and pleasant manner

– Schedule appointments & correspond with patients

– Collect payments

– Check insurance coverage and manage insurance billing

– Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms & maintain office cleanliness

– Prepare, update, file, and organize patient records, protecting patients’ confidentiality.

– Participate in social media content and assist with marketing efforts

– Help our patients understand the benefits of our customized treatment method and promote the value treatment program.

Work Location:

Downtown Los Angeles

Preferred but not required:

Bilingual is preferred (Spanish/Chinese)
